Remembering to eat lunch, let alone having time to prep anything with substance has been a persistent problem in my life as a business owner.

    The dense bean salad girl. Her recipes are perfect for a Salesgirl- prep once, eat all week, and as an added benefit: little to no cooking involved. The best part? This prepped salad gets better the longer it sits.

  2. Steph Grasso 

    Not only is Steph serving up healthy, delicious and doable recipes. She’s also an excellent educator and cuts through the noise so you know you’re getting factual information without the fluff.

  3. Cailee Eats 

    Something about Cailee’s videos help me feel peaceful and like I can actually make what she’s cooking. We love Ina, but like you can actually pick up these ingredients at the store. She also has PCOS and is sharing how diet changed her relationship with the diagnosis.

  4. Salt and Sage Nutrition 

    When I watch Monica’s content I feel like I am facetime a frend who is helping me cook nutritious meals. I love that she cooks meals I would actually eat and makes them simple- I’m a big fan of these these greek turkey meatballs.

Next step, sitting down to eat it instead of standing at the kitchen counter while sending voice memos.
