The Decision Checklist that Saves Female Entrepreneurs Time and Money
Why you need your own, but you can start by borrowing ours
It is our core belief that finding success as an entrepreneur will require you to move with an urgency that others may not have.
It’s also true that not every decision is low risk.
In fact some are actually pretty high risk. You’ve got employees to pay, a family to support, a reputation to uphold - the list goes on and on.
A lot of entrepreneurship is willy nilly - but every thing cannot be.
When time is money, your ability to separate yourself from the pack will rise and fall on your ability to move quickly while remaining thoughtful.
One way you can do this is by developing a decision checklist.
Were you expecting something sexier? Savvier? A spreadsheet? An app? I’m sorry. Best I can do is promise you that it works…
When you’re faced with making a big (or small) decision, run through your checklist.
Should we change platforms? Do we need to hire a full-time video editor? Is it time to officially change the name of the business? Do I need a co-CEO?
6 questions we ask ourselves to before making a decision that affects the business:
Keep in mind, these are important to US for making high quality decisions quickly. Yours should be important to YOU.
Is it aligned with who we are?
Is it aligned with where we want to go?
Are we rushing?
Have we prayed about it?
Am I making this decision out of excitement or fear?
Is there another option that we’re already doing/not doing?
If it’s easy breezy yeses, we move forward confidently.
If we hit some hard nos, it’s back to the drawing board.
Moving in a direction that you don’t want to go, just for the sake of saying you’re moving, will do nothing but cost you time, resources and energy.
When you stay disciplined and loyal to your decision checklist, you may find that it becomes a permanent lens that you operate through.
A perspective that you’ve trained yourself to see.
Quickly and thoughtfully, Salesgirls decide.

NEW HEIGHTS PODCAST
Did anyone else watch no less than 30 TikToks and every single angle of Taylor and Travis at Coachella this weekend? Just me? Awesome.
Taylor was wearing a ball-cap branded with the logo of the Kelce brothers’ hit podcast: New Heights.
The interns running the New Heights Podcast’s social media accounts saw some low hanging fruit and did what any respectable Salesgirls and guys would do… they started selling.
The very-normal-and-not-special-at-all-except-that-Taylor Swift-wore-it hat has now sold out of the podcast’s merch store THREE times in the past 48 hours. Are people really so easily enthralled???
Anyways, can’t wait for mine to get here. Well done.
