The Key to Nailing Your Interview as a Woman in Business

plus 4 outfits to take inspiration from

I know it’s not Friday (the day when we typically answer your questions), but this DM from Brandi hit our Instagram and what choice did we have????

If this isn’t a 1000 person group text where we gas each other up and send outfit inspo, then I have totally failed us.

Court is nothing if not a bright spring looking for any chance to wear clogs.

Once you look and feel good, it’s time to play good.

Remember: an interview is for you to be able to save time and see if BOTH of you are a good fit for each other. This means you want to ask questions to see if you are a good candidate for the position.

Once you know you are a good fit, start selling yourself.

The best way to do it? Don’t talk about yourself.

If you’re thinking, “is she insane?”

Yes, AND…

You want to talk about the results your skills can bring to the team.

Keep the focus on them winning, them hitting their goals and you being fired up to be a part of that mission.

You are the girl for the job.
