NYC wouldn’t be NYC without a Nathan’s Hotdog stand on every corner. If you’ve been, you know what I’m talking about.
I don’t know about you, but I’m not sure that hotdog carts should really be a thing. Since I’m a Midwestern girl, I am of the mind that hotdogs should either come off of a grill or out of a campfire. Perfectly adorned with grill or char marks, not steamed at all but I digress… When I see or hear anything about Nathan’s hotdogs I always think about Joey Chestnut.
Joey is the Nathan’s Hotdog Eating Champion and he can eat 76 hotdogs plus the buns in less than 9 minutes.

I won’t go into the details of how because you might be drinking your coffee or trying to eat a real meal while you are reading this and I wouldn’t want to ruin it. The point is, if Joey Chestnut can do that in 9 minutes or less… YOU CAN DO ANYTHING!
Over the last 2 ½ years I have developed the 9 Minute Principle™ and learned through research, personal experience and work with hundreds of women that when you double down in any area of your life for 9 minutes at a time, remarkable things will happen.
Benjamin Franklin said, “If we take care of the minutes, the years will take care of themselves.” I believe it!
