The Nail Salon Method: Tiny Courage That Changes Everything

And honestly? It's only so funny because it's true.
But here's the thing: if you can practice tiny courage at the nail salon, you're training for bigger moments in life.
I’m calling it the Nail Salon Training Method™. It’s not actually trademarked because it’s not at all that serious, but one of you needs it.
Here's the simple 3-step framework: Compliment, Feedback, Encouragement
Compliment: Start positive.
Think: "This is so pretty!"
Feedback: Say what you need.
Think: "The color’s just a little more pink than I pictured."
Encouragement: End positive.
Think: "Would it be okay to switch? I know it’ll be perfect!"
Short. Sweet. Polite. Not a big deal.

If you can say it there, you can say it when:
You ordered fries and they brought mashed potatoes.
Your boss told you one thing, then changed their mind after you finished the project.
A contractor charges you for a service you didn't ask for.
A client asks for "one more tiny thing" that’s actually ten more hours of work.
Tiny courage is the gateway to real confidence.
Repeat after me: You are not "high maintenance" or "difficult" for wanting what you ordered, asked for, or agreed to.
No more saying almond and getting squoval. (A man would never understand this sentence.)
